Meet our Founder

Joy is an International education and sales expert with over 20 years of experience. Her most recent role was as Chief Recruitment Officer for a UK private higher education institution, where she worked  with several UK universities in pathway, main campus, and branch campus recruitment. In 2023, she was named one of the Top 50 Voices in European International Higher Education by the PIE. Joy is a strong advocate for technology in Africa, dedicating much of her free time to local projects and advocating within the global academic community for the research and development of tech solutions aimed at improving the lives of the most marginalised in African societies. Passionate about changing lives, Joy founded Ulearniverse to use her skills, resources, and networks to empower others.
